First conditional

   The first condtional is one of four types of hypothetical sentences in English and it is probably the most commonly used. In which situation can we use it and why?
   The first conditional is used to express the future consequence of realistic possibility now or in the future. It means that is used to talk about the consequences of the future events which are realistic, possible or likely.
Form: If + present simple , future with will
Example
   If it is sunny tomorrow, we'll go to the beach.
   If you don't hurry sorry her, she'll angry  you.
   We will stay at home if it rains.
Unless = if do not
I'll fail this test unless I learn these words.
As long as /provide = if with special emphasis
  You can borrow the car as long as you bring it back this evening.
